Gargellen at 1,423 m above sea level is the highest lying winter sports village in Montafon and the Gargellen ski area reaches up to 2,300 m. There are great trails, awesome slopes and lots of fun and action – but there’s also the tranquility and magic of an endless beauty of the alpine winter landscape!

 

The fantastic, fascinating and somehow chaste winter landscape invites you to immerse yourself in it, to glide over it, to master it and to enjoy it.

It doesn’t matter if you ski or snowboard – if you are beginner or pro - winter fun is guaranteed! The wide, white trails of the high valley begin and end directly at your front door. Imposing mountains, easy access to wide and diversified trails and deep powder snow are all to be had and, because of its uncomplicated layout, ideal for families.

 

No crowds to compete with on your way back from the slopes, no waiting lines at the lifts - and finally - a vacation from cars!

 

Because of our high altitude, the base lift station is situated at 1,423 m above sea level and thanks to our snow arrangement here in Gargellen, we can easily say:

 

"We don’t talk about snow because we have that!"
